Fitness has changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. I started my journey in 2012 at 17.5 stone with one goal - to give my absolute best every day.
I live by two principles: Never give up and never give in. My goal is to change people’s lives and help them experience the many benefits of living an active balanced lifestyle.
My dedication and drive comes from being in constant competition with myself. I do not strive for perfection as I believe there is no such thing, instead I strive to be better and perform better than I did yesterday. Because of this I am constantly updating my knowledge in training and nutrition that are not just stored but have been applied and tested over the years. As such I have a vast knowledge of a variety of exercises, nutrition, adaptations when injured and how to prevent and help injuries with proper technique, mobility and flexibility maintenance.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, increase strength/endurance, be more functional and active or if you just want to push yourself to the absolute limit I am here to help you achieve your goals. My time will be 120% dedicated to you. I will not just be your Personal Trainer, I will be your motivator and will help keep you accountable and on track to blast your goals out the water then set new ones and blast them out as well!
