I come from a sporting background, where I played rugby, swimming, football, cricket, hockey and competitive bodybuilding events. This has given me a great understanding of movement which is reflected in my clients' programming where I have the skills to cater for specific needs and abilities.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 35yrs within that time running my own gym, and have helped many males and females get into top shape, supporting them to achieve their goals, through nutritional advice and specific training plans.
My Personal Training services are offered for clients wishing to make big changes in their physical health and appearance, through body fat loss, muscle tone, muscle building, fitness, fitting into that dream wedding dress, preparing for the holidays, preparing for a charity advent, or special sporting advent, bodybuilding and bikini contest preparation, all requiring detailed training plan and nutritional advice.
