A few years ago a friend took me to the gym and I can’t thank him enough! I can happily say I haven’t looked back since. My passion grew as my mind, body and knowledge progressed. Knowing how exercise helps both physically and mentally, it’s something I wanted to keep up and hopefully, you will feel the same too!
