I have been using the gym for 8 years but during quarantine I decided to focus on fat loss and thought I could do it all by myself. I was wring and made mistakes, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. I learnt how to properly train and balance it with lifestyle, food and goals. I want to be there for people going through similar experiences. i want people to love their bodies and get strong. I want to help people reach their goals and create and loving relationship with fitness
