Fitness wasn't my passion but I've learned to love it!
About three years ago I joined a gym which was a bit scary as you can imagine, having insecurities and overcoming the fear of stepping through the door to become confident and learn to love yourself and fitness.
I started reading and researching a lot about fitness which led me to qualifying level 2 Fitness Instructing. I want to help people start their own fitness journey and make it a part of their lifestyle.
A healthy and active lifestyle is much more than losing weight, building muscle is about feeling confident, having a good mindset and being happy with who we are.
By creating individual programme cards and supporting you, your start to a fitness journey will be at ease and fun! Set goals, be consistent and believe in yourself!
