I have been training for 15 years in various principles including powerlifting and bodybuilding.

In this time, I have dedicated a lot of time to learning the most effective ways to build strong, powerful, developed glutes for both aesthetic and performance reasons.

It’s my passion to research new approaches to training, nutrition and manual therapy to create an all round, complete coaching experience.

A well as 1-1 personal training I also offer online coaching programs, group training, the glute masterclass, mobility/movement workshops and nutrition seminars.
