Hi my name is Sam, I am a Personal Trainer and massage therapist.
I wasn’t always as fit and active as I am today. I have spent the majority of my life overweight. It wasn’t until an accident at work that I started to realise how unhealthy I had become. I knew I had to make a change but change is difficult, I didn’t know what to do or even where to start. It wasn’t until I changed the way I thought about exercise that I started to see the changes I wanted.
I know how difficult it is to make a change, I know how frightening a gym can be the first time you walk in but you can do it, and that’s why I do what I do. I want to help you get better, fitter and leaner. I want to support you on your own journey. Changing your body can take time and a lot of effort but you can do it.
My philosophy focuses on education. Not only will I tell you what to do and when to do it, I will tell you why. I will teach you everything I can about diet and exercise so you can live a healthier life. Most importantly I will help motivate you, I will push you past your comfort zone and show you what you are capable of.
I am not here to do the work for you but I will support you in every way I can, I will get you there.
