Sport and functional fitness have been a part of my life from mixed martial arts as a kid to playing netball on a competitive level as an adult and my transition in to strength training has seen me lose 50lbs in the last 3/4 years!

 

My core focus is introductory strength training and weight loss focusing on making my clients feel like athletes giving them more confidence on the gym floor.
