HI, MY NAME IS SCOTT

I have always found enjoyment and fulfilment from exercise having been involved in a number of sporting disciplines before becoming a coach. Three things to know about me are I love travelling, American Football and cold plunges in the sea.

what makes me different is that before becoming a fitness coach, I have spent the last number frontline worker.

I have helped a number of people from all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals, but my passion is working with those who are members of the emergency services or do shift-work as part of their job as I have experienced it first hand.

I completely understand the challenges that you currently face; because I have been there. I want to provide you with the support and guidance I wish I once had in your situation..
