You must have seen me around the gym before now? I have been training for a few years, working out with the weights, sometimes even heavier than me.
Working out with weights, reading all about nutrition has been my passion for many years. I teamed that passion with a Optimum Performance Training & Personal Training qualifications to help and teach others who are aiming to achieve their dream body. I am currently still studying L4 nutrition and Corrective Exercise Specialisation to take my knowledge another step further.
I am a personal trainer who aims to motivate her clients through out their transformation journey. It could be helping my clients to gain confidence on the gym floor, help their understanding of nutrition in a better way to achieve their goals, change their lifestyles and gain healthy habits while gaining lean muscle weight or for fat loss. I am also here to help my clients to notice and over come their barriers which are stopping them to achieve their goals.
Your goal can be gaining muscle mass and body weight, gaining confidence on the gym floor, lose fat and look shredded , increase cardiovascular fitness or have someone by your side to motivate you and guide you. I am here for you.
