My Personal Training journey began when I was living in Montreal, Canada, working as a remote Personal Trainer. Whilst out in Canada I spent 3 summers at Camp Walden, successfully managing a team to run the Climbing Wall and Zip line.
I have been working in the Fitness and Care industry for many years. Whether that is working in Nursing/Care homes, mental health hospitals, to now working at Pure Gym since 2018.
My aim as a Personal Trainer is to guide you through your individual fitness journey. Shaping all components of your lifestyle; nutrition, Work, Social, Physical and Mental Health creating habits you can adhere to.
Sport has also played a big part in my life growing up. Having completed my Level 4 award in Strength & Conditioning. I would love to help you develop specific skills such as Speed, agility, Plyometrics or Change of Direction. That will help you improve in your sport!
