I have been training all of my life: from football, tennis, karate, running and resistance training. I have changed my career from an being an Engineer to a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I decided to do this as health improvements are what I love to do. Not only do I love training and eating well for myself, but I love to help others achieve their health goals whether that be improvements in:
