I've been doing sports since I was six years old, including skiing, football, rugby, MMA & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - which is something I have trained in full time since 2016. I've always been passionate about staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The biggest obstacle I overcame, was when suffered a shoulder injury - which affected both my physical and mental health. I chose to develop my strength and conditioning to support my recovery. This stressed the importance of functional training and rehabilitation work in my weekly routine to sustain healthy movement, reduce the risk of needing further medical treatment and to improve my overall mood.
This sparked my love for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and drove me to wanting to become a Personal Trainer - to help improve people's quality of life.
