My adventure with gyms started in my early 20s and that was about 15 years ago.
A Few years later I discovered a passion for a variety of martial arts which I've been practicing until now and they changed my fitness objectives and priorities entirely; instead of working out just to look good I started to focus more on training to be able to move better and, most importantly, pain free.
In my late 30s I struggled with obesity due to poor diet, alcohol and episodes of depression. 2019 was my breakthrough year when I decided to take my life back in my own hands and fight for myself. This resulted in losing 4 stone within 6 months through exercise and healthy eating and I proudly maintain these achievements to this day.
I have a huge passion for functional and core strength training using kettlebells which are my favourite tools to achieve great mental and physical shape. From my personal journey I know what it takes to lose weight and become fitter, and I am aware it is a difficult journey full of every day challenges that together we can overcome.
