Do you avoid certain areas of the gym, feel failed by the diets you’ve tried, or struggle to reach your goals? I’ve been there, and my passion as a PT lies in helping women improve their relationship with exercise, nutrition, and themselves.
I believe living an active lifestyle should be accessible to all, and that women should be able to achieve their goals without restriction and feel confident in all areas of the gym. I specialise in helping women change their mindset around exercise and nutrition, breaking away from diet culture and building a more positive relationship with themselves.
My training is centred around exercise for fat loss and feeling stronger, with the aim of implementing sustainable, achievable adjustments, no matter where your starting point may be. If you are interested in working together, find me on the gym floor or give me a message!
