I have always enjoyed sports and fitness, and feel really lucky to be working in the fitness industry.
Fitness and nutrition is my passion, I love being able to motivate and drive my clients to achieve health and fitness goals over and above their original targets, while still being able to maintain a lifestyle balance.
I get a huge amount of job satisfaction from seeing clients' confidence grow as they push themselves session by session.
I will provide a programme specific to your individual needs, whether that be weight loss, core strength and conditioning or toning.
My long term goals are to continue to develop my personal training skills, learning from other fitness professionals so that I can always offer my clients the best possible service.
