Health and fitness has always played a major part in my life. I couldn’t see myself working in any other industry other than Fitness. I have always suffered with bad asthma so starting the gym has been my best decision as it has helped me control it and stay on top of the condition. Not only has the science behind training helped me with my breathing problems but had the added benefit of improving my fitness and aesthetic appearance.
I offer around the clock support to all my clients including individually tailored training programmes, nutritional advice and 24 hour contact and support. If you ever have any questions or queries about your training methods, workouts or nutritional advice then do not be afraid to contact me on top of our 1 to 1 sessions and consultations.
