I have had a lifelong interest in health and fitness so becoming a Personal Trainer was just a natural progression to turn a passion into a career.
I aim to make fitness goals achievable for any ability and working through body weight, cross fit and functionable fitness is a great way to help create personalised training programs for any goal and any person.

Being qualified in TRX suspended movement has provided me with a great foundation for supporting those who want to gain confidence in using body weight for strength, conditioning, and mobility, and helping those with injuries. It is a very effective way to tone your body and provides you with a total body workout where you feel in control of your progress.
Alongside my personal training I have many years of experience as a chef. I would love to discuss food and nutrition with you and am happy to provide you with tasty healthy recipes for you to try out.
