I’ve coached for almost 10 years and care deeply about how exercise can positively impact your life. I’ve had my fair share of injuries and mental health experiences which meant I had to re-evaluate my fitness goals and found a smarter, more sustainable way to train.
After my sports science degree, I kept studying, as I am always keen to learn more about the body. This included advanced soft tissue therapies, including cupping, mental health and exercise coaching and mentorships from leaders in the field. It helped me to understand why common approaches to fitness were flawed and why so many people wind up injured or burned out.
I thoroughly enjoy working with people and use a well-rounded approach that includes strength training, cardio and mobility to give you sustainable results and improve your quality of life. We will work together both inside and outside of sessions to achieve this and upgrade your physical and mental health.
