My name is Tom, a Personal Trainer and Fitness/Exercise Instructor. I got into this industry because our modern world is filled with hard opinionated individuals where we all try to jump through their hoops to fit that "perfect image" and frankly that is impossible, and those of who obsess most likely become depressed, suffer anxiety and other psychological stresses.
Now this is where I come in, I may not be able to stop this judgmental urban epidemic, but I can 100% give you a distraction and help you realise you are amazing.
When I started training, it was to stay fit for a school rugby team, not much was required. But when I left school and started college, that's when my training went from amateur to advanced.
My goal in life was originally to become an Architect and then realised that fitness was my true aspiration. I now dedicate myself to become Fittest Man on Earth through the CrossFit Games and being a reserve in the Royal Marines.
