As a previous sufferer from bad knees, I've used and now believe in strength training to be the best way to increase muscle to support ligaments and joints, increase bone density and mobility throughout the body. I'm mostly pain free and able to play sports like tag rugby, snowboarding and kickboxing!
Through the use of good technique, focusing on bigger compound movements and sufficient rest/recovery you can adapt and progress rapidly!
