About me

Hey! I’m Ursula! I've been a Personal Trainer since 2021, and weight training since 2015.

I’ve been under weight, gained muscle, competed and placed in a bikini bodybuilding class, gained fat during the pandemic, lost it again, hit strength goals like pull-ups and dips, and completely transformed my mindset and relationship with food and fitness. I’ve lived the challenges you’re facing, and I know how to overcome them through my own experiences.

My goal as a coach: To help women fall in love with movement and build rock solid confidence in the gym! When you enjoy the process, your body composition goals will follow.
