Valerija Aliochina

Having been in the industry for over four years I can truly say that Personal Training is not just my passion, it’s my life. I love working with people and helping them achieve things that they didn’t believe they could achieve before.

I have trained for several years, however, I have got more serious about weight training, specifically powerlifting, in the past year. And I want to share this passion with more females as there’s nothing more empowering than going into that often male-dominated free weight area and lifting some serious weights!

In my first year as a competitive powerlifter, I have placed 1st in all of my competitions and I have also represented GB at AWPC World Championships in 2018. A highlight of my journey so far has been securing British Squat, Bench and Total records with intentions of setting them even higher at British Finals in 2019.

But there’s so much more to it than just lifting weights - it builds your character and it definitely boosts your confidence as the focus is shifted from training to look a certain way to training to get stronger and fitter. You will feel uplifted and look better as a result!

I want to teach you how to correctly perform often complex movements and pass on my knowledge about all things weight training! Through in-depth programming and nutritional advice, we will work on getting the most out of your training in line with improving your body composition, whether that’s weight loss or muscle gain.
