Hello, guys! I am a young and motivated individual who has always been interested in sports, physical activity and fitness. As I have been involved in many sports, I realised that the physical abilities of an athlete or a person in general are quite important. They are essential, so we can perform well daily tasks and activities. I have always been the smallest and weakest person when it comes to participating in sports but I got tired of that and I changed my body and my life! That is the reason why I started exploring Sport Science and its application to real life.
I believe that my knowledge combined is more than enough to help anyone out there! I have put the science back into practice on myself and other people as well. I went from a skinny guy and hard-gainer to a strong and powerful athlete. I increased my lean muscle mass, strength and power to get an athletic body and abilities. Those changes have improved my grapplings performance and my daily life significantly!
I have tried the bulk and cut approach to changing my own body but I realised that it is not necessary. I had to cut a lot of fat due to that end result of bulking and I did not like it. There are much smarter ways to achieve your goals than the common myths we face each day on the web! You can build muscle and lose fat at the same time which is the perfect picture. Let me do my part and all I want you to do is meet me half-way. It is simple as that. Together we can achieve anything!
