I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years. My expertise and passion is nutrition after struggling for many years and overcoming obesity, anorexia and low self-esteem.

I decided to become a Personal Trainer to support my recovery and developed my own nutritional program which provides a structure which guides you through creating a healthy balanced diet that is right for you and your lifestyle and is also the foundations to support your physical exercise.

I offer daily Nutrition groups, daily dual Personal Training sessions to enable affordable Personal Training as well as 1 to 1 Personal Training. You can work out alongside me, and I will bring out and develop your competitive side and help push you past your limits in a safe supportive energy space.

I want to inspire and provide the tools to support clients to enable them to make the changes needed to have a healthier all round lifestyle.
