I decided to get into this industry for 3 main reasons:

1) To help people to reclaim their natural capacity for movement and prevent unnecessary pain/injuries.

2) To simplify the large amount of fitness and dietary information available into practical advice.

3) To provide an enjoyable, personalised service that fits my client’s lifestyle, interests and goals - there is no one size fits all approach!

Having personally done a lot of running, trained for big physical challenges (such as Royal Marines selection) and competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; I have learned how to make consistent progress in the short-term without sacrificing joint health and longevity. I have also learned how to adapt my diet to reach my goals - a crucial aspect that can be tricky to get right long-term.
