I have been passionate about sport and fitness from an early school age, being involved with volleyball and table tennis teams. During high school my passion moved into competitive mountain biking and road racing, which became a big part of my life and began my journey into the health and fitness industry.

After regularly attending my university gym my first steps into weight training started in 2006 when I moved to Edinburgh. Initially, I was quite sceptical about free weights training and lifting for women in general, so I was mainly focused on CV and bodyweight workouts. After a while though, I learned more about resistance training and weight training techniques. My passion then grew into bodybuilding. I enjoyed spending time working out with different routines and training systems, followed by different goals, which gave me solid experience and results.

I started to help train friends of mine, which in turn made me realise that I wanted to pursue a career in Personal Training. To be able to help others in becoming healthier and confident in their own bodies, to motivate others to achieve their goals and improve their lifestyle.

In 2013 I got on board with PureGym in Edinburgh, where also I have begun my Body Active Training project and then in 2017, I moved to Shanghai, China which has always been one of my bucket list goals. I also had an amazing opportunity to continue my work within fitness and teach boxing to children. I instructed boxing and basic self-defence courses for adults as well.

This work has been always more than just a job for me, it’s a way of life and a passion I love sharing with others.
