Sam Austin

I've played basketball competitively from a young age and have been very involved in basketball coaching, building confidence on and off the court. I went to Bedfordshire University for three years studying Sports & Exercise Science. I kept up my training by regularly going to the gym whilst at University, where I played in the University basketball team. As a Personal Trainer at PureGym, my role is to teach and encourage my clients to exercise correctly and effectively to help achieve their goals.

I always aim to bring creative and effective sessions. So if you want to build muscle, lose weight, recover from an injury or just feel good about yourself, I can help. There are a number of reasons for you to invest in a Personal Trainer who will give you the one-to-one support you need and create a comfortable environment to express yourself and work in. I'll monitor and record clients' progress such as body fat, heart rate levels, etc. This will enable me to give clients advice about their health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
