Tracy Lockett

Hi, I’m Tracy the Assistant Manager and part of the Personal Training team here at PureGym Bitterne. After losing over half my body weight in a year I know exactly what it takes to make permanent changes and take back control of your body.

I went from a size 24 to a size 12 and have maintained for the past five years. With my new body, new found confidence and love of fitness I went back to college and qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer so I could help others.

I believe we all have the ability to push through boundaries and are capable of so much more. So whether it is an injury, lack of knowledge or confidence holding you back don't let that stop you, I can adapt workouts to your individual needs and likes.

If you’ve enjoyed my classes then you know I take a fun and different approach to fitness. I bring that to my one-on-one sessions along with strategies for maintaining a healthy diet without cravings or binging, and a wide selection of recipes and menus to try.
