Hi, I'm Wayne.

I am a strong believer in fitness because it doesn't only challenge your body but it challenges your mind!

Specialising in weight loss, toning and muscle development, my aim as a Personal Trainer is to help create the body you want and feel comfortable in through nutritional advice and Personal Training 1 to 1 or as a group.

Different exercises are a good way to challenge your body so I like to switch my training up from bodyweight exercise to circuit training to weight training, whichever training I know will give you the best results.

Helping other people is something that I enjoy, and Personal Training is a great way for me to help others achieve the fitness goals that they want and deserve.
