DissapointingIt was great at first but now it’s always packed with students. The hand dryer’s been broken for several weeks and there’s never any toilet paper. Also the lockers need a specific type of padlock which means you have to buy a pure gym one for £5 which is a rip off

Pure cycle classesI have attended spin classes in various locations, but I have found the classes here of such a high quality. The instuctors who have lead the classes I attended remain positive throughout and continously motivate you to keep trying your best and push beyond that. This makes the classes really enjoyable, which is something that doesn't always happen everywhere else. The only crtisism I have is that quite a few of the displays on the bikes do not work, but other than that it's great!

DISAPPOINTINGI signed up to Pure gym in Exeter and was interested in the cycle classes. I was going 3 times a week either in the morning or at lunchtime. These times were great as it was less crowded. Over time, the good instructors have left and the class times have changed to either 0630 or in the evenings. When I last went, the gym stank of sweat and up to 250 were in the gym. Too many! Despite promises of day time cycle classes coming back, the schedule has not changed. Also during the time I was a member, the headphones were broken for about 8 weeks and the poor instructors had to shout - not at all professional. The bikes are quite often dripping in sweat from the last person and there is not even any paper towel and cleaner for the member to clean it! Some of the bikes have broken and quite often you have to move bikes as the strap on the pedal is broken and doesn't seem to get mended. The customer is certainly not a priority here. I would rather pay a bit more and get something decent.

Was great, too full nowStarted at pure gym in Coventry and was happy when they opened up in Exeter. Since September however I have to workout at odd timeshare of day to get anything done as it’s always so busy with students. Gym etiquette seems to not be a thing often.

Great equipment and classesI don't normally go to the gym, but since signing up with pure gym in Exeter when they first opened my opinion has changed. I really enjoy the equipment, its easy to use and always kept in great condition. The staff who run the classes are incredibly motivational and provide challenging, but fun activities. I love that the membership isn't a contract, as it gives you so much more freedom. I couldn't reccommend it more!

Great, but please invest in a couple of Watt BikesVery good layout and general equipment. Clean and popular. I joined to work on winter strength work for competitive cycling training. I would have liked to have used it for indoor cycling training but the lack of ability to record power accurately on the cycling equipment means that I can't keep track of training stress hence im stuck using the turbo at home whereas I could have combined the two. Please please get a couple of Watt Bikes !! Thanks

Great gymI signed up to pure gym a few months ago and I love it! I love the app as it tells you the amount of people there are currently in the gym. The equipment is great and there are so many classes although I haven’t tried one yet!
