Like other personal trainers, I competed in sport and lifted weights from a young age, in fact…I had no intention of being a trainer until someone told me I couldn’t do it.

So, I did.

Since then, I have discovered my passion for seeing people transform their lives and taking them above and beyond along the way.

So, with over 11,000 sessions delivered over 9 years, I find myself here, still pushing others to discover and develop what they’re capable of…and then some.
