Travis Stewart

My passion for fitness started when I was a young boy, getting involved in sports from football judo and athletics where I competed internationally for team Scotland in turkey where I got one gold and two silver medals .

I then went on to train as a royal marines recruit before leaving to purse a career in personal training. I have learned from some great coaches and I want to use those skills to help you smash your goals and create the best version of you.

I understand that coming into gym environment might very difficult, specially if its for the first time. I like to build a strong relationship and see your situation from your point of view and build from the ground up to give you the best chance of success and excel past what you thought was achievable.

Being able to see eye to eye I believe I can give you that satisfaction you have always being looking not just in fitness but in you.
