London Covent Garden gym reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Urgently needs a decent (and more than one!!!) bar cushion but overall is a decent gym.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality gym I signed up last February. I'd live to have even more jobs, also close to where I live in Stratford but I'm quite satisfied with the classes and everything

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could be better I was a soho gym member. I still use Covent Garden even though I think it is not as well equipped as it used to be. Overall it’s a good gym but there are less machines than before and the changing room is a lot smaller. On the plus side it is kept very clean . I think the newer members need a proper induction on how to use equipment as I’ve seen some very bad practises ie slamming equipment and not putting weights away. Farringdon gym on the other hand is very good and what was a second rate gym has been made first rate given the restrictions of space etc. Excellent equipment and clean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changing rooms for sardines Used to enjoy Covent Garden location but since they transferred to PureGym the changing rooms are too small to use - everyone is crammed in. Not great when you are going after work. Staff however are very friendly!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from well equipment from SOHO gym signed up for Yoga but they've taken the classes off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well equipped good value please sort deadlifting - I come to the gym during my lunch hours, never usually have to wait for a space or a rack so equipment is great - I've halved my monthly spend on gym by switching, love that - deadlifting is an important part of my week so please could this issue be sorted?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gym in Holborn / Covent Garden Overall the gym is great I just have an issue with the ladies changing rooms. The second door in the ladies changing room is broken so if you are walking past naked or in a towel from the shower and someone walks in the door people in the gym can see you. Also we need benches in the change room as there is not enough space for the ladies to get changed and we are all on top on each other. We all complain about the same things. Thanks Chantal

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Covent Garden: Great gym I signed up with PureGym four months ago, great location, fair amount of machines, rarely overcrowded. Just one small downside, locker room really tight.
