London Covent Garden gym reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleaner than Soho Gym ever was Great improvement even though it wasn’t expected to be. Would be great to have a yoga class though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect gym I live in Southend but work in Covent Garden. I am a member of another gym at home. Pure gym is 13 steps from our office so it's a no brainer! Great equipment and really clean. Changing rooms can get pretty busy so I check the app and go a quiet time. Love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job excellent location Gym was far too hot with no ac over summer. In general its a good gym however with a good running and weight section. Limited mat space

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great gym horrible tiny changing rooms Sometimes I can’t physically get changed as there’s zero space once more than 8 people are in there

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for money Good gym and good equipment, but the air con is not working well at all and it is super hot in there....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Gym I have been using Holborn as my local one to work and have now found Covent Garden, a far nicer experience personally, and fantastic equiptment, this will be my office local from now on,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Air Conditioners As an architect who designed the Telford branch, I didn’t expect to see the Covent Garden branch like this with very poor facilities ... The only advantage this branch has compare to other branches in London just has new equipments (treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and etc)... On my first day the ceiling on the top floor was leaking, the water from water fountain is as always warm not cold enough, the air conditioners are either not working or are so weak to keep the space cool enough for whole day so you don’t feel sick as I became on sathurday, which make the condition difficult to stay in the gym after 15 mins... For the money we pay just because of its location slightly close to Covent Garden although in reality it is closer to Holborn (5 min walk), I wouldn’t expect to experience such things from my first day and after... Other branches which are a bit cheaper have better facilities, for me the only reason I joined here is because closer to my office ... Last but not least, the female changing room is so old, I am happy to help by redesigning it to be more presentable, if the gym has new machines, how come this part which is the most important part in terms of hygiene and etc, are left like this ... Please please send an expert to fix air conditioners...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The gym is average I like the classes, but the gym is too hot. The air conditioning is sparse and the showers are so hot they make your skin red!
