Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good classes but needs better changing factilities The classes are very good, but the women's changing rooms needs some changes. There is not enough benches, when there is plenty of space to put in extra benches opposite the current ones. You have to get changed on top of one another or put your belongings on the floor when there is no space. Please put in more benches, it's such a simple thing to change and all women that attend this gym would agree!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No enough staff and poor maintenance I been using this gym for very long time, when actually was soho gym and I’ve never see in this poor condition. I am currently paying over £43 per month and the only thing that I expected is to use all the benefits that the gym can offer to the members. I accidentally forgot my padlock at home and I really needed an assistance from a member of staff ,like leaving at the office or let me a padlock for the day but unfortunately after asking a personal trainers if they could help me, the answer was “I am not a staff I am a personal trainer “ of corse I do understand the situation but when you are wearing a pure gym t-shirt would expect some help no matter what. There was no one at the office and I was at the table trying to get any help after I been told to go upstairs and speak to the MEMBER OF STAFF which was giving classes. And the answer was I cant leave the class or help you now but if u want leave your bag here in the class. Thanks for trying to help me with this answer but the only thing that I needed was a staff member to help me some how. It was around 17:30 which I believe is a busy time and I am sorry but No staff to help ??????? What if was a problem at the entrance door ??? There would be no help what so ever!!!!! I been almost everyday this week and the shower is embarrassing!! Currently 3 is blocked and the other 3, we hoped that was working and of corse it wasn’t..... the water was not heating enough but me and my partner we gave the try hoping that it was just on that day, poor thought it actually got even worse. On the day after around 21:00,after using the gym we went for a shower before going home and this time was actually NO HOT WATER at all. We been told that this gym is a premium gym and that’s why we are currently paying £43 .... I am sorry PREMIUM with all this problem, without any email or a note at the entrance ????? Today we found out that the gym will be closing on March by an other member and probably thats why the company is not investing or trying to fix the issues... I am sorry but I am still paying to use this gym!!!! So please, fix the problems that the company is currently having, before closing down as it can ruining the gym brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good space inside the gym, quality new equipment. The only downside is the space in the male changing rooms. The narrow area between the benches and lockers makes it awkward for people changing and showering.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good. but operation hours is too short Overall great. Like the free water for plus member But closing at 10pm is too short. if it is 11pm or midnight, would be better.
